Th is tournament will decide the IL state representative for the 2014 USDGC Performance Flight. Players
must meet all USDGC requirements to qualify. A handicap system similar to the one used at the USDGC
will be used to decide the spot. Th e winner will have 1 week to register for the USDGC before we move on
to the next eligible competitor. Please let us know at check-in if you wish to compete for the spot.
Field is limited to 100 players, pre-registration is recommended. Pre-registration options include online at
jtowndiscgolf.com or in person at J-Town Handicap Singles League.
Tournament central will be located near hole 1. Please use the parking lots at the rec center enterance.
Th e parking lot near the baseball fi elds is being used for a different event.
Eagle/Ace Fund: $5
50/50 CTP: $5
* Ace Fund pays out for all aces and 2s on
1,3,4,8,12,16,or 18
* 50% of the CTP fund will go towards the USDGC
spot winner’s entry and travel expenses.
